How to Download NFHS Digital to Your Mobile/Tablet Device

If you are not utilizing a mobile/tablet device referenced below, then the device being utilized is not valid for NFHS Digital.

NOTE: NFHS Digital is not accessible on Desktop/Laptop at this time.

If you are having issues downloading the NFHS Digital mobile app on one of the devices listed above, please check the following:

Does your device have a system update?

- Check to see if your device has a update, as an update has the potential to cause app issues.

Does your device have full storage and is unable to download any other apps?

- Research how to remove applications off of your specific device to free up storage space in order to have enough storage to download the app to your device. If you do not have enough storage, you will not be able to download the NFHS Digital mobile app.

Does your NFHS Digital mobile app need an update?

- If your NFHS Digital app needs an update, navigate into your iOS/Android store and navigate to your list of apps needing updates to initiate your app update.
