Below are some of the most asked questions and their solutions. 

What is NFHS Digital and why is the NFHS changing platforms?

NFHS Digital is an all-new, digital platform where NFHS Publications can be accessed. Previously, the NFHS AllAccess was not functional. Now, Publications such as Officials Manuals, Handbooks, Case Books, and Rules Books, can be accessed using the new NFHS Digital mobile apps. In addition, other NFHS Publications such as the Policy Debate Quarterly, High School Today, Court and Field Diagram, NFHS Handbook and others can now be accessed digitally in one location. NFHS Digital is available via apps on Android and iOS mobile devices.

Can I download NFHS Publications to my computer?

No, NFHS Publications cannot be downloaded to your computer.

If I had access to the NFHS AllAccess, will I need to create a new account on NFHS Digital?

Technically yes, but if you had/have an NFHS AllAccess account, NFHS Digital will be using the email associated with your AllAccess account to help jumpstart your NFHS Digital account creation. Current/Previous AllAccess users will be receiving an email invite from NFHS Digital to transition over from AllAccess.

Didn't Receive Email? If you didn't receive the email (check junk/spam), and think you should have, you may download the app on your mobile device, visit the login page, and enter the email address associated with your existing AllAccess account. If the address is recognized, you will then be able to reset your password to gain access to your NFHS Digital account.

NOTE: All publications accessible within AllAccess will be transferred to your new NFHS Digital account, if you use the same email to login.

Is NFHS Digital available as an app?

Yes. The NFHS Digital mobile app will be available on both:
- Apple Store (iOS)
- Google Play Store. (Android)

Will the current NFHS AllAccess continue to be available?

Temporarily. The NFHS AllAccess app will no longer be active after July 31, 2025. Current subscribers will have their accounts removed and data deleted. You must create a NFHS Digital account with the same email you used in the NFHS AllAccess App.

How can I purchase individual publications?

Digital Publications can be purchased via:
- In-App Store
- Website Store

Print Publications can be purchased by visiting NFHS.com.

When will publications become available?

Availability imelines subject to change and may vary by sport, 

Rules Publications
- Fall Sports: July
- Winter Sports: October
- Spring Sports: January

How do I know what publications I should have access to?

Officials registered as individuals, tier 2 or small group receive all publications in the sport(s) in which they register. This includes the rules book, case book, officials' manual, and handbook.

Publications vary by sport.

NOTE: This is not inclusive of members who join via their respective member state associations.

Member officials who join via an applicable state association, will receive access to the rules publications for the sport(s) in which they are licensed by their state, once the state association uploads their distribution file. 

Only the specific licenses assigned by the state association are included in this benefit.

NOTE: To receive this benefit, the official must be a licensed official with an NFHS member state association and have the sport(s) identified by the state association.

To obtain access to rules publications for a sport in which an official is NOT licensed by the state, the user must purchase those in the in-app/website store.
