Internet/Wifi Firewall

If you are on the website(not app) and are not able to view publications/pages, make sure the internet/wifi you are using does not have active firewalls blocking the URLs.

  • Typical for:
    • Company provided devices
    • 3rd party internet/wifi source


Contact the IT department that provides the internet/wifi and request to whitelist the following URLs:

- support.nfhsdigital.org

- https://support.nfhsdigital.org/support/home


Device Firewall

If you are on the website(not app) and are not able to view publications/pages, make sure the device you are using does not have active firewalls blocking the URLs.

  • Typical for:

    • Pre-owned devices
    • Specific device security settings


Contact the IT department that provides the devices and request to whitelist the following URLs:
