Distribution Licenses: What Are They & How to Buy | Distribution Team

NFHS Digital Admin account is accessibe through invite only.

NOTE: If you believe you should have an admin account, contact your governing body (State Association/Organization) to idnetify your status. Have them reach out to support for assistance.

Breakdown of Licenses:

"Licenses":

• Is universal currency that can be applied to any publication offered by the NFHS at this time
• Licenses to Publication = 1:1
• Licenses have an experiation that is placed annually on [DATE].

When expiring, any individuals assigned publications by an organization utilizing lisenses will have their publciation(s) removed as they are outdated and removable per their membering organizations agreement with the NFHS.

NOTE: If a publication is purchased by an individual and not assigned through a license, the publication will remain in their posession, as their publication is not provided by a NFHS organization.

Step-By-Step Instructions on How to Buy

• Log into your NFHS Digital Admin account (https://distribution.nfhsdigital.org/login)

• You can purchase licenses two ways:

  • By selecting 'Licenses' button on top right of account

  • By be required in order to complete an import & assign

Regardless of 1. or 2., you will go through the same path to finish your purchase.

Steps after 1. or 2. occur:

1. Input quantity
2. Select 'Approve Total: $xx,xxx.xx'
3. Read and approve order being placed to be invoiced by NFHS
   1. If you wish to delete an order that was made by accident, select HERE
4. Select 'Approve and Submit'
5. Licenses will automatically be applied

NOTE: The NFHS has set experations on licenses and will be lost annually at [DATE]
