Are you missing all or some of your publications in your NFHS Digital mobile app account?
Let's see what we need to check:
- Check that your specific mobile device has a system update pending.
- If so, update.
- If so, update.
- Check if your NFHS Digital mobile app has an update pending.
- If so, update.
- Reach out to your organization(state association/other) who is distributing you publications and ask:
- Have they distributed publications yet?
- If they have distributed already, what email did they send the digital publications to?
- Confirm that you logged into your NFHS Digital mobile app account using the same email
- If you registered a new NFHS Digital mobile app account with a different email, not a problem:
- Log into the NFHS Digital mobile app account that was not distributed books
- Select Profile
- Select Delete account
- Log into the account with the email the publications were distributed to and update your email in your Profile to whatever you prefer
- If you registered a new NFHS Digital mobile app account with a different email, not a problem:
- Have they distributed publications yet?
