Are you missing all or some of your publications in your NFHS Digital mobile app account?


Let's see what we need to check:

  1. Check that your specific mobile device has a system update pending. 
    • If so, update.
  2. Check if your NFHS Digital mobile app has an update pending.
    • If so, update.
  3. Reach out to your organization(state association/other) who is distributing you publications and ask:
    1. Have they distributed publications yet?
      1. If they have distributed already, what email did they send the digital publications to?
      2. Confirm that you logged into your NFHS Digital mobile app account using the same email
        1. If you registered a new NFHS Digital mobile app account with a different email, not a problem:
          1. Log into the NFHS Digital mobile app account that was not distributed books
          2. Select Profile
          3. Select Delete account
        2. Log into the account with the email the publications were distributed to and update your email in your Profile to whatever you prefer
