How to Add Teammates on NFHS Digital | Distribution Team

NFHS Digital Distribution admin account is accessibe through invite only. Any other Distribution teammate roles do not allow access to "Add Teammates".

NOTE: If you believe you should have an admin account, contact your governing body (State Association/Organization) to idnetify your status. Have them reach out to support for assistance.

Step-By-Step Instructions

1. Log into your NFHS Digital Distribution admin account (https://distribution.nfhsdigital.org/login)

2. Navigate to your "Org. Profile" on the lower left hand side of your portal

3. Once inside, navigate to the second section labeled "Teammates"

In the "Teammates" section you can:

- Edit teammates

- Delete teammates

- Add teammates

NOTE: Only individuals with Admin as their "Role" type have this ability, any other role would not allow the ability to edit, delete, or add teammates.

4. Select the "Add Teammate" button

5. Imput teammate information and save

Once the teammate has been added, an email will be immediately sent to notify them of their access.

Roles & What They Can Do/See

Roles are assigned during a teammate being added to an organization. By creating/selecting a role you are placing that teammate into one of two views with specific abilities.

NOTE: It is very important that you know who has distribution access as an Admin, so that publications are not being assigning unintentionally.

1.) If they are tagged as Admin you can:

- Edit, Delete, Add Teammates

- Manage Members

- Import and Distribute Publications

- Gain access to NFHS Digital Publications

(OESP = all publications & non-OESP = limited publications)

- Full Reporting Details

- Full Org. Profile Details

2.) If they are tagged as any other tag (i.e Staff, anything created) you can:

- Gain access to NFHS Digital Publications

(OESP = all publications & non-OESP = limited publications)

- General Reporting Details

- General Org. Profile Details
