Because all purchases for the NFHS Digital are processed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, we do not have access to your billing details or the ability to process refunds on our end.
However, you can request a refund directly from the store where you made the purchase by following the steps below.
For iOS (Apple App Store) Purchases
Apple handles all billing transactions for iOS apps directly. To request a refund, you must submit a claim through their "Report a Problem" portal.
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
Select the NFHS Digital purchase, and then choose Submit.
Note: Apple manages these requests entirely at their discretion. We cannot overturn or influence Apple’s decision regarding refund eligibility.
For Android (Google Play Store) Purchases
If it has been less than 48 hours since you bought an app or made an in-app purchase, you can usually request a refund through Google Play.
Go to the Google Play Refund Page.
Sign in to the Google account used for the purchase.
Follow the prompts to select the order you wish to refund.
You will usually get a decision within 1 business day, but it can take up to 4 business days.
If it has been more than 48 hours: Google may direct you to contact the developer. However, as noted in our Purchase Policy, we are technically unable to reverse charges made through the Google Play Store billing system. We recommend reviewing Google's refund policies for further options.
