How to Distribute Publications on NFHS Digital | Distribution Team

NFHS Digital Admin account is accessibe through invite only.

NOTE: If you believe you should have an admin account, contact your governing body (State Association/Organization) to idnetify your status. Have them reach out to support for assistance.

Step-By-Step Instructions

• Log into your Admin account (https://distribution.nfhsdigital.org/login)

• Select 'Manage Members' tab on left hand side if not already on view.

• You can assign two ways from this point:

1.) Individual Assign: 

- Search user by email/name/member_type/sport

- Select 'Assign/Unassign' action button connected to member 

2.) Bulk Assign:

- Search by publication/sport

- Mass select

- Assign

3.) Import Assign:

- Select 'Add/Invite Member' button

- Select 'Upload Members'

- Select 'Upload Spreadsheet'

- Select file from your device

- Map file columns

- Select 'Preview & Validate'

- Fix errors

- Continue import

- Indicate if you want to:

- Assign publications to imported members or;

- Don't assign and import members only

- If you choose to assign, you will be provide details on if you have enough digital licenses or not.

- If you do, you can simply assign and the appropriate licenses will be removed and your reamining licenses will be presented

- If you do not have enough, you can purchase more licenses in order to assign

- Once you complete the import:

- Members will be added to your 'Manage Members' tab for review

- Members will be automatically emailed/in-app-notified that:

a.) they were invited as a member to join your organization

b.) they were a.) AND assigned publications 

NOTE: If you ever need to check what you imported previously, you can check your 'Histroy' within the 'Import' function.
